Where purchases or subscriptions are offered, they are processed through Apple's App Store and managed through the Apple Account used for the purchase.
Your artwork
You retain all rights to artwork, project files and other content you create or import using JENCHA Pixel.
JENCHA does not claim ownership of your artwork.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to any third-party content you import or use.
JENCHA intellectual property
JENCHA Pixel, the JENCHA name and branding, website content, software and documentation remain the property of JENCHA or their respective rights holders.
Using JENCHA Pixel does not transfer ownership of JENCHA intellectual property to you.
Your files
JENCHA Pixel is designed to process and store project files locally.
You choose where your projects and exports are stored and are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your files.
Acceptable use
You may not use JENCHA Pixel or the JENCHA websites unlawfully, interfere with their operation, or use them in a way that infringes the rights of others.
Changes and availability
JENCHA may update, improve or change JENCHA Pixel, its features and associated websites over time.
Liability and consumer rights
JENCHA Pixel is provided subject to applicable law and the applicable App Store license terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law, JENCHA is not responsible for loss of locally stored files where JENCHA does not provide storage or backup services, or for circumstances outside JENCHA's reasonable control.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when JENCHA Pixel, our services or applicable requirements change.
